Obituary for Virginia "Ginny" Ann Adams
Virginia Ann “Ginny” Adams, 57, of Harrisburg, Illinois passed away Saturday evening at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. She was born December 2, 1960 in Chicago, Illinois to Donald and Beverly Ann Bristow Thomas. She was married to Mark Adams on April 1, 1984. She was not only a homemaker, but also a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Surviving are her mother, Beverly Ann Briston Thomas. Husband, Mark Adams. Sons, Craig and wife Brett Adams, of Harrisburg, and Sean and wife Brittany Adams, of Galatia. Sister Mary Ann Combs, of Harrisburg and grandchildren, Harley Quinn Adams, Graycee Elizabeth Adams, Giffin Wayne Adams, Finnlay Ann Medlin Adams, and one on the way, Flethcher Anson Adams.
Her father, Donald Thomas and brother, Donald Thomas Jr. preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, November 15, 2018 at the J.M. Weirauch Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Sunset Garden Cemetery, Harrisburg, Illinois. Friends may call from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Thursday at the J.M. Weirauch Funeral Home.
