Obituary for Malinda Carlisle
Malinda Carlisle, age 72, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at Shawnee Rose Care Center in Harrisburg, Illinois. She was born August 4, 1950 in Herrin, Illinois to Vernon and Mary McNeill Williams. She worked as a cook for John’s Café for many years. Malinda was married to Thomas Carlisle and he preceded her in death on April 28, 2021.
Surviving are her sons, Vincent Goodyear (Jennifer Schultz) of Grand Junction, Michigan and Harold Goodyear (Amber Carr) of Harrisburg, Illinois. Daughters, Tammy Williams of Rochester, New York, Malinda Goodyear (Victor Lopez) of Oak Lawn, Illinois and Kathleen Goodyear of Eldorado, Illinois. Brothers, James Pedigo of Harrisburg, Illinois. Sisters, Anita Pedigo Gibbs of Harrisburg, Illinois and Kathy Molk of Tunnel Hill, Illinois. Fourteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by both of her parents. Husband, Thomas Carlisle. Brother, Clarence Pedigo Jr.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 4, 2023 at the J. M. Weirauch Funeral Home Chapel. Friends may call from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. Saturday at the J. M. Weirauch Funeral Home.
