Fred Borders, age 70, of Harrisburg, Illinois passed away Saturday, December 25, 2021 at his residence. He was born on January 8, 1951 in Harrisburg, Illinois to J.T. and Beatrice Cox Borders. Fred was part of the Harrisburg High School graduating class of 1969 and the Elks BPOE 1058 in Harrisburg, Illinois.
Surviving are his son, Nick Borders of Harrisburg, Illinois. Daughter, Carsen Borders of Harrisburg, Illinois. Brother, Rusty and wife Mary Anne Borders of Harrisburg, Illinois. Sister, Phyllis and husband Ralph Walker of Marion, Illinois.
He was preceded in death by both of his parents.
In honor of Fred’s wishes, no public services will be held. Arrangements in care of the J. M. Weirauch Funeral Home in Harrisburg, Illinois.
