Obituary for Brenda Hill
Brenda Hill, age 74, of Harrisburg, Illinois passed away Monday, January 18, 2021 in Evansville, Indiana. She was born on October 19, 1946 in Harrisburg, Illinois to Jess and Lois Hughes Lane. Brenda attended the Eddyville Baptist Church and retired as a rural mail carrier. She married Bob Hill on February 29, 1964 and he survives. Brenda was a homemaker, loved to cook, garden, canning and most of all she loved her family.
Surviving are her husband, Bob Hill of Harrisburg, Illinois. Sons, Brad Hill of Golconda, Illinois and Chad and wife Tyone Hill of Du Quoin, Illinois. Sister, Jessie Yvonne Coggins of Harrisburg, Illinois and a special niece, Lori Adams of Harrisburg, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by both of her parents, Jess and Lois Lane and brother, Roger Lane.
Services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 22, 2021 at the J. M. Weirauch Funeral Home Chapel in Harrisburg, Illinois with Rev. Brad Hill officiating. Burial will follow in Ingram Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Friday at the J. M. Weirauch Funeral Home.
