Obituary for Shirley Weiss
Shirley Weiss, age 88, of Harrisburg, Illinois passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on September 23, 1933 in Springfield, Illinois to Roy and Ruth McMurray Archer. Shirley married Benny Jean Weiss and he preceded her in death on February 14, 2015.
Surviving are her son, Jerry and wife Becky Weiss of Harrisburg, Illinois. Four grandchildren, Jason, Brian, Matt and Ben Weiss. Three great grandchildren, Jaden Sigler, Mason Weiss and Quenton Weiss.
She was preceded in death by both of her parents. Husband, Benny Gene Weiss. Son, Randy Weiss. Brothers, Wayne and Bill Archer.
Graveside services will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Harrisburg, Illinois with Rev. Mark Smith officiating. All that may wish to attend services should meet at Walnut Grove Cemetery. Arrangements in care of the J. M. Weirauch Funeral Home in Harrisburg, Illinois.
