Rovenia Arena (Kitty) Culley 96 of Raleigh passed away Friday January 2, 2026 at her residence. She was born April 8, 1929 in Raleigh to Lloyd and Marie Williams Guest. Kitty was the founder of the Raleigh Historical Society. She participated in the Great American Cattle Drive in 1995. She traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe.
Surviving her is 1 son T. Britt (Laura) Partain of Raleigh and 1 daughter Atina Kuppart of Harrisburg along with 7 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter Rita Jo Nipper.
Graveside services will precede burial in Raleigh Masonic Cemetery 1:00 PM Wednesday January 14, 2026. Friends are asked to gather at the cemetery. The J. M. Weirauch in Harrisburg is in charge of arrangements.
