Laura Beal 82 of Harrisburg passed away December 17, 2025 at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale, Illinois. She was born August 24, 1943 in Harrisburg to Fred and Mary Todd McGhee. Laura was raised by grandparents.
Laura is survived by 1 sister JoAnn Bryant of Duncan, OK and a niece Lynda Reed of Waterloo, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and1 brother Fred Robert McGhee and 3 sisters, Mary Louise Mueller, Judy Dalton and Betty Miller.
Private graveside services preceded burial in Sunset Lawn Cemetery Monday December 22, 2025 with Pastor Lynette Barnett officiating. The J. M. Weirauch Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
