Obituary for Jeffrey Douglas Vaughn
Jeffrey Douglas Vaughn, age 70, of Harrisburg, Illinois passed away Monday, June 14, 2021 at his residence. He was born June 26, 1950 in Detroit, Michigan to William and Lera Mae Nichols Vaughn. Jeff worked as a truck driver for many years and was known by his CB handle, Frankenstein. He had many interests and hobbies such as geology, cooking, gardening and watching history and documentary shows. Jeff married Marolyn Sue Vaughn and she survives.
Surviving are his wife, Marolyn Sue Vaughn, of Harrisburg, Illinois. Sons, Kyle and wife Alexis Vaughn, of Harrisburg, Illinois, Roby Douglas Vaughn, of Harrisburg, Illinois, William Jeffrey Vaughn, of Freeman Sper, Illinois, and Marcus Rosco Harris, of Jacksonville, Florida. Brothers, Jim Vaughn, of Harrisburg, Illinois and John Vaughn, of Harrisburg, Illinois. Sister, Patricia Vaughn, of Belleville, Illinois. Nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by both of his parents and brother, Gary Vaughn.
