Surviving are his brother, Gary Curtis of Harrisburg, Illinois. Sister-in-law, Sherry Curtis of Harrisburg, Illinois. Nephews, John Curtis Jr., Jason Curtis, James Curtis and Joshua Curtis. Great nephews Jordan Curtis and Ashton Curtis.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, John Curtis.
