Helen Arbic Goolsby 81 of Harrisburg passed away Friday in Axiom Healthcare. She was born January 23, 1945 in Harrisburg the daughter of Joseph and Pauline Arbic. She married Gene Goolsdby and he preceded her in death. Helen worked at the A. L. Bowen Center and later went into teaching from which she retired from. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Harrisburg.
Surviving her is 1 brother Joseph Arbic, Jr. of Battle Creek MI along with several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Gene, 1 sister Vera Willis and 1 brother Charles Arbic.
A funeral mass will be 11:00 AM Friday March 27, 2026 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Harrisburg with Fr. Christian Iwagwu officiating and burial in Liberty Cemetery. Friends may call at the church after 10:00 AM. The J. M. Weirauch Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
