Bertha Mae Kauffman 49 of Stonefort passed away 5:06 AM Sunday, November 27, 2016 at her residence. She was born July 10, 1967 in Cecil County, Maryland, the daughter of Wilmer S. and Edna S. Bontrager Beachy. She was married to Sylvan Kauffman and he survives. She was a member of the Ewing Minninite Church in Ewing, IL.
Surviving are her husband Sylvan, 3 sons, Norman Wilmer, Eli John and Matthew James Kauffman and 3 daughters, Naoma Ruth, Julia Faith and Dorcas Joy all of Stonefort. 6 brothers and 5 sisters survive also.
She was preceded in death by her parents Wilmer and Edna Beachy.
Funeral services will be held 9:30 AM Friday, December 2, 2016 at the Ewing Minninite Church in Ewing with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, December 1, 2016 from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM at the church.
